Today's VVV is the lovely Miss Chloe Marshall.  She first gained notice when she won the title of Miss Surrey in the Miss England competition in 2008 and came in 2nd as a finalist for the crown. 

 She was the first woman to make it that far who was a UK size 16 (ie the size of the average british woman) and she has since gone on to sign with Ford Models and work with a number of top plus size companies.
